Regular And Steady Exercise

One of the most powerful ways to increase your height naturally is to regularly exercise. I’m not talking about doing just any exercise. No I’m talking about doing exercises that will (1) gradually stretch your spine & legs; (2) correct & improve your posture; and (3) naturally increase your body’s production of human growth hormone. You want to do high intensity cardio routines, bike riding, swimming breast stroke style and stretching exercises like the dog and cat stretch.

A Healthy, Well-Balanced Diet

Your body needs essential nutrients from minerals, vitamins, proteins and amino acids to function properly. Your body also needs these nutrients for energy and for healthy muscle & bone tissue growth, repair and maintenance. Therefore it is vital that you eat a healthy, well – balanced diet every day, and if needed, take supplements to make sure your body gets what it needs to fuel your natural height increase. So be sure to eat plenty of fresh vegetables, lean cuts of meat, seafood, fresh fruit, dairy products and whole grain foods. You also want to eat smaller portions of nutritious food every 3 – 3.5 hours a day (this will work well with your exercise regimen and help you drop excess weight & become leaner).

Sleep – The X Factor In Height Increase

Most articles discuss height increase exercises, a few discuss the role of nutrition, but very few mention the importance of sleep.  Sleep is so critical to natural height increase that if you neglect to get the proper amount of sleep nightly, you greatly diminish your results. It’s true!  You can get everything else right, but if you don’t get enough sleep (”enough” meaning at least 8 hours sleep), you won’t get as tall as you could. The reason sleep is so important (besides being important to your overall health) to increase height naturally is because the biggest secretion of human growth hormone into the bloodstream happens during the deep sleep phase known as REM sleep. So make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep every night.
